Loss of productive arable land.
Loss of green open space.
Loss of wildlife.
Will not enhance village but damage it's character.
Will bring more cars into the village, the roads are already unsuitable and unsafe.
The field is often waterlogged, water will find another route and possibly flood existing properties.
The access out onto Church Road is not suitable and will have an impact on existing properties.
An increase in light, noise and air pollution.
Extra vehicles on the A140, already a congested dangerous road.
Out of character with the village.
Green sites need to be left green.
