Loss of productive arable land.
Loss of open green space.
Loss of wildlife due to destruction of habitat.
Will damage the character of the village.
Extra cars/vehicles will bring noise, pollution and danger to the struggling country roads and A140.
The field often floods and remains waterlogged for lengthy periods, water will re-route and possibly damage existing properties.
Access road not suitable at all. Church Road is already used as a rat run;it would be very dangerous for cars leaving and entering the proposed access site.
Green fields should remain green.
