A lack of utilities in around this site and also falls within a known flooding area.
The road is majorly congested by HGVs and agricultural machinery already causing road safety issues for children, the disabled & elderly.
A concern for raised levels of CO2 from additional traffic and the loss of yet more greenbelt sites when other sites are more suitable
