I think an industrial business is inappropriate for this location adjoining this small rural village, and taking away productive arable farming land .Visually the landscape will be degraded.and habitats destroyed for wild life. There will be added pollution and noise.
The A140 is already over burdened with traffic, making entering and leaving it extremely difficult., and this large proposal will increase risks associated with this. There must be more appropriate existing sites., adjacent to existing industrial areas.
