New, Revised and Small Sites

Representation ID: 19179

Received: 14/12/2018

Respondent: Mr Richard Rampton

Representation Summary:

The GNLP has an obligation to 'protect and enhance our many environmental assets'. This development will not achieve this and is a further creeping encroachment on unspoilt and agricultural countryside in a village with no services or justification for further housing development. This development will further blur the boundaries between built-up and open countryside.
Access from the proposed development to Church Road is on a blind corner and is unsafe - it cannot possibly meet Highways specifications for access.
