While I understand the need for Ben Burgess to move from their present site, this proposal seems unnecessarily obtrusive on an unspoilt rural landscape and not to be within the GNLP obligation to 'promote and enhance our many environmental assets'. There are alternative sites within GNLP for industrial and commercial development which would take this proposal with much less disturbance to rural qualities of life and to traffic flows - already an issue on the A140.
