The above sites for consideration for affordable housing would not be viable in these areas due to the following: -
HGV vehicles using this road are already a danger to the local residence and further congestion would cause more issues as there are a lack of pavements.
Lack of amenities to support additional housing including Doctors & public transport.
Open space loss & Greenbelt loss when other brown field sites have been identified
