This and other proposed developments would increase traffic flow along the Taverham Road which is relatively narrow, very busy and is somewhat of a rat run. The Fakenham Road junction is also quite hazardous now. Local services are already over stretched. An area of natural beauty,the Wensum valley should be protected.
