I object to this site:
it is outside the recognised development boundary,
has dangerous access from Church View onto the double bends on Church Road,
it is the wrong type of development for Swainsthorpe being a 'bolt on' housing estate out of character with the existing village properties,
it will increase traffic on Church Road which cannot cope at present with long delays at the A140 junction and further building at Mulbarton will just make this worse,
it will cause disturbance, upheaval and a general lowering of the standard of living for existing residents.
