A totally inappropriate development for a village the size of Swainsthorpe.
Access to the development on a sharp bend would create further traffic problems to ones already being experienced due to the increased traffic flow from the new housing developments in Mulbarton. At certain times of day the village is a 'rat run' for vehicles cutting across to the already over congested A140.
