Whilst I understand the need for additional housing, this is not a suitable site for a number of dwellings (in this case five):
-Poor single track road. Especially dangerous in this part with high banks, bends, single passing places and narrow poor condition. Used by lots of walkers who often cannot be seen until last moment in this area. Already heavy usage
-Is there mains drainage??
-Felling of mature trees. Conservation area
-Not suitable for modern housing (5) with an entrance to this area of the road.
-Telecoms already at capacity and poor
-Impact of more traffic onto dangerous A146
