My primary objection is the unsuitability of this proposed site given its rural location.
It involves destruction of significant amounts of countryside used for agriculture for dozens of generations. This development would dwarf the village.
The A140 is an extremely busy single carriageway road which has seen a massive increase in traffic in the last few years. The nature of this proposal will see a further increase in traffic in terms of volume of cars and large vehicles using the site. The result would render the A140 gridlocked, plus noise, fumes and light pollution as well as potential chemical spillage.
