I wish to object to this site:
it is outside the recognised development boundary for Swainsthorpe,
it is the wrong type of development being a 'bolt on' housing estate crammed in amongst existing properties,
it will not be sympathetic to any existing properties in the rest of the village,
traffic movement on Church Road will increase causing further delays at the A140 junction and queuing danger at the railway crossing,
there are no shops or services in Swainsthorpe meaning more traffic,
this development brings nothing to the village of Swainsthorpe.
