This is an unnecessary development. The village and surrounding area is rural, to put a large industrial site in the middle of this will destroy any quality of life with an increase of noise, pollution and traffic. Not to mention being an ugly blight not the landscape. It is not generating new jobs, as it is simply moving from one site to another. The only people who will benefit will be Ben Burgess at the expense of the local people.
The A140 is already highly congested at peak times and this additional burden will make a bad situation even worse.
