Swainsthorpe is a small rural village a proposal of this magnitude is not in keeping with the village. This would be better suited where there is infrastructure already in place such as a designated industrial or brownfield site.
The fast moving Al40 would become clogged with slow moving large farm machines, over 120 employees visitors etc , impacting on this vital route to and from South Norfolk. Impact on life for residents, an eyesore on beautiful agricultural land! Noise, Air, Light pollution 24/7 , impact on wildlife, and destroying the tranquility of our village.
