I support the comments by HELAA on this site.
I comment also that, at this point, Loddon Road is a narrow single-track road on an uphill slope not far from the blind junction of Loddon Road with Bungay Lane.
It is also also forseeable that traffic from this development will want to access the Norwich-bound traffic stream on the A146 at nearby "Six-ways". This is a blind point where vehicles trying to enter - or cross to leave - the A146 traffic stream creates a hazard that will be exacerbated by additional demand.
