As GNLP2041 both sites would change the area of Tivetshall St. Mary forever and be an intrusion into what is a very rural landscape.
Both sites are part of the Claylands of South Norfolk.
Should remain as prime working farmland.
Sewers/drainage would require a large development which does not enhance
the village of Tivetshall St. Mary.
There are no village shop facilities.
GNLP2042 land was part of a village common and the layout of cottages shows this in that area.
