Changes character of the village forever. Intrusive to existing properties.
Historically a common with cottages surrounding the area.
Fadens map clearly shows this.
Part of the Claylands of South Norfolk.
Should remain as prime food growing land.
Facilities cannot cope with such a large development hence sewer system/drainage would have to be enlarged.
Road network again same problem.
Creates more commuter traffic on the A140.
No shops in the village and road network would ahve to change substantially and destroying the rural landscape of the area.
