Objections as GNLP2042 other 2042 historically had a common.
This site would be so intrusive to the village of Tivethsall St. Mary and create a new road network which would be out of keeping with the local area.
Prime agricutural land for growing crops and the developer would ahve to alter the sewage system at enormous costs rising to a large development. Would create even more commute traffic on the A140.
