I do not have a computer and was unaware of this development until I received the communication from Mike Burrell delivered by hand recently. Unfortunately I have been unable to get to the council offices at Thorpe St. Andrew.
I would be very sorry to see this very dense development go ahead as it would open the flood gates to development along Taverham Road which would be a tragedy from current owners of properties not only from an aesthetic point of view but also an enormous reduction in value of their homes.
It is a shame when landowners generally profit at the expense of other peoples enjoyment of life.
There are so many villagers where a small limited sensitive development would safe-guard post offices, shops, school and bus services.
Whatever is the traffic along Drayton High Road going to be like when the development proposed near Drayton Lodge and the David Rice site take place - not to mention the awful loss of the golf club land.
