GNLP0604R - This proposal for large industrial development gives cause for concern re: noise, light, pollution and traffic congestion in both the village and the A140. It would seem to have detrimental effects on native surrounding and not have any benefits to the community.
The JCS classification of Swainsthorpe as an 'other village' - having very limited facilities means that people need to use cars more to get to work, school, appointments, shops.
The number of possible new houses creating great pressure on for example GP Surgery gives rise for concern. Adjacent parish of Mulbarton - large housing site proposals.
