Adjacent to River Wensum SSSI site.
Unsuitable vehicular access.
Access from Fakenham Road end onto Taverham Road has a section with only one footpath which is extremely narrow, increased footfall will increase risk of accidents.
Increases traffic volume will increase risk of accidents at Marriott's way cycle path crossing.
Increased flood risk of River Wensum.
More houses will cause issues with parking whilst using the amenities in Drayton village & greater congestion around the village centre.
