I am writing to OBJECT to Taverham Site GNLP2106 which has been submitted at Stage B Regulation 18 New, Revised and Small Sites Consultation for the GNLP .
1. This is a large area - extremely close to a very sensitive protected natural habit which floods.
2. There are significant traffic issues for Drayton Fakenham Road intersection, Taverham Road, and The Street, Costessey.
3. There are also real resource implications for Drayton and Taverham with an additional 70 houses being proposed. The perception that Taverham and Drayton can absorb all this new development is not the perception that residents have.
4. This will create pressure on local facilities which are not likely to be able to expand, but more likely concentrate /crowd resources.
Please use existing land bank sites and do not consider this site for the local plan.
