I wish to object to the above referenced proposed development for 70 dwellings because it would intensify the use of the existing road network and there is not enough space to accommodate an adopted road on the site in question.
I also wish to object on the basis that this would be backland development. This surely would set a precedence for similar sites in the local area therefore creating a free for all for housing developers.
