I have lived in Prince Andrews Road for 53 years. If GNLP2173 is passed then we on the east side of Cromer Road will have absolutely NO recreational space AT ALL! Also, the purchase of one property to secure access to and from the site on to Prince Andrews Road is questionable and will mean up to 100 extra vehicles using two means of reaching junctions on to Cromer Road. There is already a potential access/entry point on Fifers Lane!! Turning GNLP2173 down will have a paltry effect the overall number of house required under your Local Plan.
