I have lived in Prince Andrews Road for 53 years. If GNLP1021 is passed then we, in Hellesdon, will have much needed recreational space, particularly on the east side of Cromer Road - where we would have absolutely nothing if GNLP2173 is preferred. In effect, we are asking for a very minute number of houses (max 50) to be removed from your Local Plan with your rejection of GNLP2173. How about you doing the right thing by placing residents' well-being in front of this unreasonable development where we can expect up to 100 extra vehicles negotiating side streets.
