1) A 50 house development would lead to possibly 100 or more car journeys per day, plus all servicing traffic some heavy lorries and would not be acceptable to residents living Prince Andrews Road/ Heath crescent as the site will have only 1 narrow access road (3 P.A.R.)leading to 2 others which appears dangerous and not a well thought out answer to enable this use.
2) Hellesdon desperately needs recreational areas due to recent developments (e.g. loss of golf course etc).This green site would be a severe loss to the area if developed.
