Lack of infrastructure especially the surgery which is struggling to cope already with over 30 day waits for appointments. Highway issues as it is a nightmare to get on to the Crommer road at peak times allready and it will get worse when the new development at Newton is completed. Over development of the village and using good agricultural land.
