The infrastructure for the village cannot sustain more houses, especially on that field. People already struggle to get a doctors appointment in any of the 3 surgeries they cover in less than 3 weeks. The extra traffic will make exiting the village into the A140 worse. Water already floods the roads when we have rain and building on the fields will just cause this to increase.
