We don’t need any more development, this is one of the last remaining green field site for this part of Hellesdon.
Access to this site is via Heath Crescent which is a already a small road, lorries already can’t turn right into Prince Andrews Road as the junction / bend is to narrow and the grass verges get churned up, vehicles come around that corner quickly and having an access road in effect on a blind bend is rediculous.
