Without the cemetery extension this site would not even be considered, it is outside the village boundaries and there are other more suitable brownfield sites. This is not in keeping with the rationale given for excluding other sites. If allocated, will be used as leverage for seeking planning for the whole field.
This borders a historical site, that being the world war airfield site.
The village does not have the infrastructure to support additional development of this size - unlikely to be only 30 units at a density of 30 units per Ha, 45 to 50 units could be accommodated.
