This comment supports the site being a reasonable alternative.
This small plot of land is the only green land that can be used for recreation by the residents young and old this side of the busy Cromer Rd & will be a green and unpoluted(sic) area also taking storm rain to stop flooding.
As well as extra cars with the houses & will cause congestion getting onto the Cromer Rd for the residents and emergency vehicles. I support this land to be a green and peaceful place for the residents

I have lived here for 52 years and have seen more of Hellesdon green land given up for building.
