Mr Lovering comments:
The Jarrolds plan is a very dangerous one and should not be given the go ahead.
1. The proposed exit from the site into Prince Andrews Road will be in between two blind corners, a right angle bend into Heath Crescent and a double bend with a further exit to a cul de sac in prince Andrews Road.
2. Building 30-50 houses will need heavy construction vehicle going in and out of the site from narrow roads with two dangerous blind junctions.
3. This plan does not take into account the requirements of the local residents.
4. The proposed plan GNLP1021 submitted by Hellesdon Parish Council should be adopted as it will provide green space and facilities badly needed for this area of Hellesdon residents.
