Mrs Lovering comments:
Comments object to site being reasonable
1. Driving heavy construction vehicles onto this proposed site with narrow entrance and exit between two blind junctions will be very dangerous for the local residents.
2. The pollution these vehicles will cause, plus the vehicles of the residents of the 30-50 properties once they are built, will be unacceptable. 30 plus homes will probably result in 60 plus vehicles going in and out.
3. Children from these homes will have to cross the very busy Cromer Road.

GNLP1021
The Jarrolds plan is a very dangerous one and should not be given the go ahead.
1. The proposed exit from the site into Prince Andrews Road will be in between two blind corners, a right angle bend into Heath Crescent and a double bend with a further exit to a cul de sac in prince Andrews Road.
I live **** and am fully aware of the dangers at these two junctions.
2. Building 30-50 houses will need heavy construction vehicles going in and out of the site from narrow roads with two dangerous blind junctions.
3. This plan does not take into account the requirements of the local residents.
4. The proposed plan GNLP1021 submitted by Hellesdon Parish Council should be adopted as it will provide green space and facilities badly needed for this area of Hellesdon residents.
