I am in agreement/support the adjacent proposal
a) there is no parkland/recreational land to the east of Cromer Road.
b) Cromer Road is dangerous to cross for pedestrian to access Meadow Way and Hellesdon P.C.C
Hellesdon is already 'over-urbanised' and has less public green space than other parishes.
GNLP 2173 is the developers anticipated 'fall-back'position! And is unacceptable
