Here we go again. O look a spare piece of land it needs to have 30/50 houses on it with 30/50 cars just like the other end of hellesdon with 1000 new houses and 1000 cars. NO what heath crescent needs is to be turned into leisure land for the people who already live in hellesdon.
All we keep hearing is people need to get out, get fit, relax to help the strain of mental health, so there is no need at all to put more pressure on traffic and people already in an area that is full to capacity.
