There are enough houses in the Hellesdon area without adding more, the traffic along fifers lane and the surrounding areas gets jammed enough as it is and there isn't enough green space in that part of the parish. Sport England have a valid objection to the development and the only way to fulfil the communities needs is to retain the entire piece of land for recreational purposes.
