I object to this development. Prince Andrews road is a quiet residential
area. This road is not suitable for more traffic. The condition of existing
road surface and pathways of Prince Andrews Road, Heath Crescent and
Brabazon road are in a poor state of repair. There is congestion
on Cromer Road already, with hazard cars parked, cars queuing to exit and enter Heath
Crescent and Brabazon Road. Think of the safety of children walking to school. Keep as a
sports ground venue, we need the green space in our area. Give it to the Parish council as a charity concern.
