If this application succeeds we have NO alternative green area available
This area between Fifers Lane & Cromer Road is a high traffic area with a lot of pollution at most times of the day
These houses would increase traffic impacting on the junction of Prince Andrews Road & Cromer Road making a pinch point
With 1300 houses planned on the golf course, the old Hospital site plus recent Eversley Road Hellesdon has seen more than its fair share of housing
Has sufficient thought been given to infra structure affecting schools, doctors etc which is groaning!
