The site is completely unsuitable for a housing development as the access is poor. The single access road to our house opposite the proposed site is sometimes hard to access in a family SUV car.
The road is unable to be widened due to its close proximity to residential dwellings. Even delivery van blocks all access regularly if they need to deliver to one of the houses on Swan Lane. The pedestrian access to the school is also non existent, I feel this is an unnecessary application when there far suitable plots in the surrounding area with far better access.
