I am writing to object to the proposed residential development in the village of Horsham St Faith . GNLP 0125
There is on Church Street , just opposite the Church & a few footsteps from the proposed site, a Grade (2) listed building , which needs protecting for the future. The road now is approx. 6 foot from the front door & front window , the through traffic is constant now so will undoubtedly only get worse.
The church is also a listed building .
This part of the road can not be widened so additional traffic will only be to the detrimental affect of our beautiful old buildings . Please don't put these beautiful old buildings in a beautiful old village at risk.
The village has limited school placements available .
We also have limited availability for a medical Doctor appointment .
Extra houses will only add to the volume of traffic trying to get in & out of the village , which is not easy at peak times as it is .
I would ask that this proposal is rejected for the village of Horsham St Faith
