This entire area should be left free of housing development. There are many reasons, but my primary objection would be access and the resultant huge impact on further vehicular traffic into and through the village of Brundall.
I am not averse to the careful and sensitive provision of recreational/park development on a portion of this land but the 'open space' aspect should prevail.
