This development would be outside the boundary of the village, but once built it is likely it would be easily added to which would completely alter the character of the village.
Building in this corner of the field would spoil the setting of the Grade 1 church and the WW1 airfield would be lost forever.
Access to the A140 is difficult now and with more housing this would get much worse.
Le Neve Road and Wathen Way are narrow residential roads with parking on both sides and increased volume of traffic would be dangerous for pedestrians using these roads.
