Draft Local Plan-Part 2 Site Allocations

Representation ID: 20944

Received: 14/03/2020

Respondent: Mr Alan Smith

Representation Summary:

I object in the strongest possible terms to this proposal, this would add additional traffic into the village, there are no services in Honingham, no shop , no Post Office, the bus service is limited and cannot be relied upon for commuting. Honingham is countryside not urban fringe, we should protect our rural setting. If we are serious about being carbon neutral by 2050 planning policy should seek to minimize travel as much as possible with major emphasis on city development.
This proposal would be to the detriment of listed buildings.
Please reconsider, keep this field for food production!
