I agree with Broadland DC and object to this property being developed for the reasons given (inadequate facilities and infrastructure in village to support additional village development of this size and nature) and additionally because:
- this plot is contrary to Village Neighbourhood Plan and totally undermines the community's integrity with respect to planning processes.
