Whilst I do not object to small scale development within the existing footprint of the village this proposal suggests significantly more than the stated 12 dwellings could be built. The village infrastructure cannot support large scale development. The village has no facilities to support this development - not even a functioning bus stop. Development would require car access to schools, jobs & shops when we are in an age of wanting to encourage more environmentally sustainable living. Currently it is not possible to cycle into Norwich or Dereham safely without taking in major de-tours around surrounding villages.
