Small rural village with no amenities other than a pub. No schools. No Drs Surgery. No shops. Bus service a walk uphill of almost a mile from this development, irregular service, nothing in or out after 5pm. A garage for specialist repairs, does not sell fuel or goods. Traffic increase through village would be significant, thus noise and pollution increase. Drainage already poor, could cause further flooding issues. River Tud has significant bio diversity which would be endangered by extra pollution. Red kite and Tawney owls hunt these fields and so population would decline, ditto bats. Otters in Tud too.
