Honingham unsuitable for 12 houses - no infrastructure, no facilities, no buses, nowhere near a school, several unsold properties already and there will be more once the A47 duelling and NDR link begins. Why was planning refused recently for 1 single infill property based on no infrastructure but suddenly 12 are OK! Recent flooding down the street will be exacerbated. There will be a significant effect on wildlife- there is a substantial Red Kite population and roost nearby which will be adversely affected.
