Representation Summary:

We are referring to
GNLP 2043 and GNLP 0581.

First comment
May consideration be given to not allowing direct access to New Road for vehicles from any development. New Road is not designed for the present use yet alone new use. It was originally a farm road. As you will be aware already, Bawburgh village is already a rat run, with excessive speed common place, no pavements nor street lights. The present traffic is presently damaging and destroying the road side verges, green edges and general area.

Second Comment
May consideration be given to flooding. The local river regularly floods onto the unmaintained flood plain. We appreciate that the sites are above the flood line, but our concern is the water that now will need to be diverted from the site rather than soaking into the fields.
