Whilst there are no designated heritage assets within the site boundary the Mile Cross Conservation Area lies to the north of the site.
Any development of the site therefore has the potential to impact upon this heritage asset and its setting.
We therefore welcome bullet point 1 of the policy that references the Conservation Area
